Brief Overview of the Position


At Sattvion Digi Solutions, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can lead growth initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive revenue.

This role goes beyond sales — it requires strategic thinking, leadership, and ownership. You will play a key role in scaling the business while contributing to a larger purpose. A portion of our profits supports social initiatives through the Abhayudaan Foundation, allowing your work to create meaningful impact.

  1. Role Type: Full-Time
  2. Work Mode: Work from Office (Ahmedabad)
  3. Employment Type: Full-Time (No Internship)
  4. Salary / Stipend: As per industry standards (based on performance and growth)
  5. Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years in Business Development / Sales


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies
  2. Identify new markets, clients, and revenue opportunities
  3. Manage and nurture key client relationships
  4. Oversee project coordination and ensure timely delivery
  5. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams
  6. Track sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  7. Guide and support Business Development Executives (BDEs)


Skills Required

  1. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  2. Proven experience in sales and business development
  3. Understanding of digital marketing and web services
  4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  5. Leadership and team management skills
  6. Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
