Brief Overview of the Position


We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join Sattvion Digi Solutions as Business Development Executives (BDEs). This role is ideal for those starting their career in sales and business development, with a strong interest in client interaction and growth.

  1. Role Type: Full-Time
  2. Work Mode: Work from Office (Ahmedabad)
  3. Employment Type: Internship / Probation (3–6 months) leading to Full-Time
  4. Salary / Stipend: Stipend during internship + performance-based growth
  5. Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)


Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and online platforms
  2. Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
  3. Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations
  4. Maintain CRM and manage follow-ups with prospects
  5. Support BDM in market research and lead qualification
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients


Skills Required

  1. Strong communication and persuasion skills
  2. Confidence in client interaction and presentations
  3. Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
  4. Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
